Manufacturing Warranty:

All our products are backed by a 1-year manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers specific issues related to manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  1. Missing components
  2. Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating
  3. Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
  4. Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
  5. Soldering defects

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  1. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches
  2. Damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or improper storage of the product
  3. Damage caused by exposure to chemicals
  4. Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs

Product Adjustment:

If you’ve noticed that your product has become loose or requires adjustment, we encourage you to book a frame tune-up at any of our stores. Our expert technicians will be delighted to assist you and ensure that your product fits you perfectly.

Please be aware that we are unable to entertain requests for exchange or credit if the product has been altered or repaired by any third party.
