We are pleased to offer an exchange facility on all Sunglasses and Frames only within 7 days from the date of delivery. This is provided they remain unused and are accompanied by the original tags and luxury packaging. Please mention the reason for exchange along with the invoice prior to shipping.
For any exchange, you may select another piece from our digital boutique or visit our Jaipur store physically. If the new selection is priced lower than the original, the price difference will not be refunded. Instead, a Credit Note will be issued for the difference amount.
Our Credit Notes carry no expiry period, ensuring your investment remains secure.
Once bespoke optical lenses are crafted, they cannot be returned. However, we can fit them into a different frame with the same technical parameters if required. Spectacle frames, once fitted with lenses, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Contact Lenses may be exchanged in the event of a power change within 3 months of purchase. This is valid only if the box remains unopened and in its original condition. We do not accept returns if the seal has been tampered with or the box opened.
All returns and store credits are subject to a detailed quality check by The Vision Factory team upon receipt to ensure the product's integrity.
