01. Standard Refund Policy
The Vision Factory follows a strict no-refund policy for all premium eyewear and services. We prioritize the highest hygiene and quality standards for our distinguished clientele.
02. Exchange Window
Clients may exchange sunglasses or frames within 7 days of delivery. This is subject to the condition that products remain unused, with original tags and luxury packaging intact.
03. Order Cancellation
Purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations beyond this window will not be accepted unless initiated by The Vision Factory due to internal logistical reasons.
04. Store Credit & Adjustments
If an exchange is made for a product of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded. Instead, a Credit Note will be issued for the difference. Similarly, if no product is selected at the time of exchange, a full-amount credit note will be provided.
Our Credit Notes carry no expiry period, allowing you the flexibility to choose your next eyewear at your convenience.
05. Quality Assurance
All returns and store credits are subject to a detailed quality check by The Vision Factory technical team to ensure the product's integrity.
