We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are here to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible. Returns:

If you find yourself uncertain about a purchase made online, don’t worry. You can contact one of our sales staff after your online purchase to arrange for the item to be sent to you on a “may be returnable” basis, with the tags intact. Should you decide to return the item, please ensure it is done within 5 days of receipt to qualify for store credit. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Attach a copy of your invoice and a photograph of the product.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process and endeavor to make it as smooth as possible.

Upon receiving the returned product, please allow us 3 – 4 working days for a thorough quality check. Once completed, we will inform you accordingly.

  • For any issues regarding prescription lenses, please feel free to reach out to our customer care or in store team.
  • Credit notes do not have an expiry period.

In case of damaged or defective product – To facilitate your claim further, we will require video proof of you opening the parcel along with pictures highlighting the defect(s). The same needs to be shared with us within 72 hours of the order being delivered at your given address.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your product, please return it along with a request for store credit. The credit can then be applied to your next purchase. Should the price of the new product exceed the store credit amount, you will be required to pay the difference. Any remaining credit can be used for future purchases.

Conditions for Sunglasses & Frames:

For returns or exchanges involving sunglasses and frames, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must be in unused and unworn condition.
  2. We request customers to take a video while unboxing their parcel for verification purposes.
  3. Proof of purchase, in the form of a physical or electronic invoice, must be provided along with the return request.
  4. All items including tags, warranty certificates, product catalogues, usage & care instructions, dust bags, etc., must be returned in their original condition.

Cancellation:

Orders for products can be partially or fully canceled prior to dispatch. However, once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
